Dry Cold Productions is excited to announce that we will be presenting the Manitoba premiere of The Bridges of Madison County May 24-27, 2017 at the Royal MTC Tom Hendry Warehouse theatre.

Tickets are now available at or by phone at 204-942-6537

Based on the 1992 best-selling novel by Robert James Waller, multiple Drama Desk and Tony Award-winning The Bridges of Madison County premiered on Broadway at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre in February 2014 and tells the story of Iowa housewife Francesca Johnson and her life-changing, four-day whirlwind romance with traveling photographer Robert Kincaid. The original cast starred Kelli O'Hara as Francesca and Steven Pasquale as Robert.  It’s an unforgettable story of two people caught between decision and desire, as a chance encounter becomes a second chance at so much more.

Tony Award winning composer Jason Robert Brown’s (Parade, The Last Five Years) soulful music draws upon the rich textures of Americana and folk and the sweeping, expressive balladry of classic Broadway. The Daily News hails it as “one of Broadway’s best scores in the last decade.”  With a book by Pulitzer Prize Winner Marcia Norman (The Secret Garden, The Color Purple) The Bridges of Madison County is “an evening you will cherish long after the show’s over!” (NPR).

Performances of this beautiful and romantic musical are at the RMTC Tom Hendry Warehouse Wednesday – Friday, May 24-26 @ 7:30 p.m. and Saturday, May 27 @ 2:00 p.m. Tickets are available at the RMTC box office 174 Market Avenue, by phone at 204-942-6597 and online.
